Its always a good idea to also check your local grocery stores to find out whats on sale. Some stores have thier own online coupons as well. Combining sale items with coupons gives you the best deal!

The plus side of that is they send you updates, coupons, more offers, etc. Check out the links to the left. I have tried to compile all the coupons I can find and take the work out of it for you. Frequent Tryer Miles (FTM) are points you collect for participating in the sampling program and can be used to receive gifts that are absolutely free. *Walmart- Surprise! They give away samples also.

#3- Earn FreebiesIts hard to find places on the internet to get real freebies. There are so many scams. I only will recommend places I have personally gotten something for nothing and how. Here are my favorite sites:
*MYPoints- I found this site by accident and joined cause it was free. I have been a member for along time and have received alot of gift cards to walmart and local restaurants. How it works is they email you websites to visit and/or surveys that you take a look at and you earn points for doing so. You can redeem your points for gift cards of your choosing. If you do any online shopping there is points for clicking through from the site as well. I often shop eBay and earn more points this way. I will be honest and say I don't waste alot of time with it. I just check out the emails with all my others ;-) and every month or so I redeem them and get my giftcard, pretty simple! Give it a try!
*E-Rewards- A friend let me know about this site. You earn credits for doing surveys. They email you the surveys for you to take. if you don't qualify for the survey you earn a partial credit. When I earned the minimum credits to redeem I used it to purchase 2 free previously viewed movies at blockbuster.
