1) Fill Our Form Print and complete the registration form and submit with your candy wrapper

2) Collect a Wrapper Save one wrapper (including the UPC symbol) from your favorite REESE’S, YORK, ALMOND JOY or HERSHEY’S SPECIAL DARK candy bar.

3) Mail Form and Wrapper Mail the completed form and candy wrapper to the address provided.
